In January 2022, Guangdong Hongtu 6800T chassis integrated structural components were offline, and in June, it was awarded the designated product for chassis integrated structural components of a certain Xiaopeng model. The Xiaopeng Guangdong Zhaoqing factory is mainly supplied by Guangdong Hongtu, while the Wuhan factory has built an integrated die-casting process workshop and will introduce more than one set of ultra large die-casting islands and automated production lines.
LEADING IDEAL:
In July 2022, spy photos of the all-new pure electric MPV of Ideal Automobile have been exposed. The new car code is W01, built on the Ideal Automobile Whale pure electric platform. The first model W01 is a full-size large MPV, and is expected to be mass-produced at the original Hyundai factory in Beijing by Q4 2023 (100000 units/year).
Before April 2022, Tianjin Xiongbang Die Casting Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Wencan Co., Ltd.) announced the smooth trial production of the 9000T integrated die casting floor of a leading enterprise in Beijing's new car manufacturing force. The length and width of this component are approximately 1600mm × 1400mm, weighing approximately 45kg. The die-casting machine adopts the DREAMPRESS 9000T super intelligent die-casting unit of Lijing Group. The mold supplier is Ningbo Saiweida Machinery Co., Ltd.
